Phnom Penh

We didn’t spend a lot of time in Phnom Penh but hired a tuktuk driver for 2 hours to show us the city. The downtown area was certainly congested with people and traffic but once you got away from there the city had a lot to show.

Phnom Penh is obviously a city still in recovery phase following the war of the 1960s and 1970s but they are certainly taking steps to change things.
